Processing and Shipping Times
Orders are processed pending item availability and payment approval. During high volume periods, product availability may be subject to change while your order is being processed. Shipping will take longer than normal for orders made on the website release week of 11/20, due to influx of sales and the Holidays.
Unfortunately, at this time, we are only able to process and ship orders domestically in the United States.
Order processing can take up to 7 days and shipping can take 10-14 day. For exchanges and returns the processing time is up to 10 days, with shipping 10-14 days as well.
Most orders placed Monday through Friday will be processed and shipped within 10 business days.
Orders placed on Friday or over the weekend will start processing on Monday and ship within 10 business days.
Orders over $99 are eligible for free shipping.
Exchange Policy
If you decide you want to exchange your item for a different color, size, you may. To request an exchange you must contact customer service via our website by emailing contact@attachedapparel.com
For exchanges, you will be responsible for shipping the item back to Attached Apparel. Shipments must be received by within 30 days of purchase. We will create a mailing label for you and collect shipping payment for any returns needed.
Refund Policy
A full refund can be provided if Attached Apparel has sent you the incorrect item, color, size, or if the item is damaged upon receipt. You must make a request for a refund within 7 days of receiving your item. If the item is damaged, you will be asked to upload a photo immediately after receipt. Items must be received by Attached by 30 days to receive a refund by contacting customer service via our website.
In cases of a refund, you will receive a shipping label from us and you must return your item by 30 days of receiving. If you pass this date, no refund will be issued.
If your items is eligible for a refund, you may select to have your money refunded or have the SAME item exchanged.
Outbound shipping fees from the original order are not refundable.
Additional Exchange & Refund Guidelines
Products must be returned unworn, unwashed, in their original condition and with all tags and liners attached. Please include the original order packing slip in your return package.
We ask that you wear underwear when first trying-on your purchase.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your return is accepted or declined. This process can take up to 10 business days from the date your return tracking information shows delivered.
If your return is accepted, your refund will be processed and applied to the original method of payment.
Please note that refunds can take up to 10 business days to appear on your bank account due to varying processing times of financial organizations.
